TATI NAILS ARTISTRY – SERVICE AGREEMENT & CLIENT CONSENT
At Tati Nails Artistry, we are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality results while protecting the long-term health and integrity of your natural nails. Our services are designed as a partnership between specialist and client. This agreement helps create clear expectations, transparency, and a calm, professional experience.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
1. Health-First Philosophy
Our services are based on advanced Russian manicure and pedicure techniques focused on structure, hygiene, and long-term nail health. This approach may differ from traditional salon methods and prioritizes integrity and safety over speed or cosmetic shortcuts.
Results depend on:
Natural nail condition
Lifestyle and daily hand use
Maintenance schedule
Client compliance with aftercare recommendations
2. Specialist Standard
All services at Tati Nails Artistry are personally performed by Tatiana. Our process, structure, and results are built on her individual training, technique, and experience.
Because of this one-expert model, results achieved in our studio may differ from those performed elsewhere. If services are received from another provider, the condition and structure of the nails may change, and the same outcomes cannot be guaranteed upon return.
In these situations, corrective work, additional time, or a full reset may be required to restore the foundation of the nails and ensure safe, long-term results.
3. Studio Policies & Terms
Our full Studio Policies, including cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, late arrivals, and fees, are provided:
During the booking process
In your booking confirmation and reminders
On our website
By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these policies. This document summarizes key expectations. The complete Studio Policies remain the governing reference and are always available upon request.
4. Client Responsibility & Maintenance
Structured nail services require regular maintenance. Clients are responsible for scheduling follow-up appointments within the recommended time frame.
Hard gel overlays are designed for maintenance approximately every 3–4 weeks.
Nail extensions require structural correction approximately every 3 weeks.
Delayed maintenance may increase service time, complexity, and cost.
If maintenance is not followed, the next appointment may require corrective work, additional time, and a higher service fee.
Damage caused by trauma, picking, improper removal, or missed maintenance is not considered a service failure.
5. Work from Other Providers
Clients are free to explore services elsewhere. However, if you return after receiving work from another provider, your nails may require a full reset to restore structure, hygiene, and safety.
This may include:
Complete removal of previous work
Additional treatment time
Corrective procedures
Reclassification of service
Updated pricing
The service agreement and consent process may need to be completed again.
6. Eligibility & Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or refuse any service if:
Nail or skin condition presents a risk
Active infections, wounds, or contraindications are observed
The requested service is not appropriate for current nail health
Our priority is long-term results and professional integrity.
7. Booking, Deposits & Payment
Appointments require a valid card on file and may require a deposit. Deposits secure your scheduled time and are applied toward your service.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept card and cash payments. For electronic payments, a 2.5% processing fee may apply. This reflects the cost of secure and transparent payment systems.
8. Payment Authorization & Privacy
We respect client privacy and do not routinely require identification for payment or check-in. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them or that they are authorized to use it.
As a direct merchant account, payment activity may be verified when necessary. In certain situations, we may request confirmation or additional authorization to protect both the client and the business.
9. Late Arrival, Cancellation & No-Shows
As a private, appointment-only studio, last-minute changes impact our ability to serve other clients.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
Repeated last-minute changes may result in refusal of future bookings.
Full details are outlined in our Studio Policies.
10. Repairs & Adjustments
Our work is designed for durability and structure. Adjustments may be offered within a limited period when concerns relate to application and aftercare was followed.
Breakage due to trauma, lifestyle factors, delayed maintenance, or external services is not covered.
11. Photography & Documentation
To ensure quality, consistency, and accurate tracking of nail health and progress, photographs are taken before and after each service as a required part of our process.
These images:
Focus on hands and nails only
Support documentation and long-term treatment planning
May be shared on professional platforms such as Instagram and our website portfolio
Reflect real work, progress, and educational content
This allows clients to follow their nail health journey and ensures transparency in results.
12. Security & Studio Environment
For the safety, privacy, and protection of both clients and staff, our studio operates with 24/7 security surveillance. Video recording may occur in treatment and common areas as part of standard safety practices.
Recordings are used solely for:
Security and safety
Dispute resolution
Protection of clients, staff, and property
They are not used for any other purpose.
13. Health Disclosure & Ongoing Check-In
Clients agree to complete a brief check-in and health disclosure at each visit. This process allows us to monitor changes in nail condition, skin health, lifestyle factors, and maintenance compliance.
This ongoing evaluation is part of our health-first model and helps ensure safe, consistent, and long-term results.
Failure to provide accurate information may affect service suitability and outcomes.
14. Expectations & Partnership
Each client’s nail structure and lifestyle are unique. Our goal is long-term improvement and consistency. This requires collaboration between client and specialist.
15. Agreement Validity & Updates
This agreement reflects the current standards, procedures, and philosophy of Tati Nails Artistry at the time of signing. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, education, and client safety, our systems and policies may evolve over time.
This agreement remains valid for approximately 3–6 months from the date of acceptance. Updated versions may be provided when necessary to reflect improvements in services, safety protocols, technology, or studio structure.
Clients may be asked to review and acknowledge updated agreements as part of their ongoing relationship with the studio.
16. Consent & Agreement
By booking and receiving services at Tati Nails Artistry, you confirm that:
You understand and accept the health-first philosophy
You have reviewed and agreed to our Studio Policies
You accept maintenance responsibility
You authorize required photography
You acknowledge security surveillance
