This information is used exclusively internally for appointment scheduling, secure portal authentication, service documentation, and legal compliance.

Your digital safety is treated with the same uncompromising standard as our studio hygiene. We do not use standard off-the-shelf booking widgets. Our client portal is powered by a proprietary, custom-built Zero-Trust API Gateway.

  • Dynamic Session Security: We utilize dynamic One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent directly to your verified email or device to establish secure, encrypted sessions. Your credentials are never stored as static passwords.
  • FinTech-Grade Payment Vault: We are strictly PCI-DSS compliant. All payment data is tokenized and routed directly through Stripe’s cryptographic network. Our servers never see, touch, or store your raw credit card numbers.
  • Data Protection: Every booking request is verified through multiple cryptographic handshakes and strict origin enforcement before reaching our calendar.

3. Trusted Infrastructure Partners

To operate securely and efficiently, your data is processed and stored using trusted, enterprise-grade infrastructure providers (including our secure cloud architecture, Stripe, and Google Cloud). These service providers are legally prohibited from using, selling, or distributing your personal data for their own marketing or monetization purposes.

4. Strict No-Sharing & SMS Compliance Policy

Tati Nails Artistry LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for data monetization. We do not sell, rent, share, or distribute your personal data to data brokers, marketing agencies, or unrelated third parties. Crucially, no mobile information or phone numbers will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this opt-in information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

5. Secure Communications

6. Photography Privacy

Professional photographs of hands and nails may be taken for documentation or educational purposes as outlined in our Studio Policies. Images focus exclusively on the work performed. No names, faces, or identifying personal information are shared publicly without explicit written consent.
