Length Definition & Policy
Final length is confirmed during the appointment in agreement with the client, based on natural nail anatomy and structural safety.
If the selected length differs from the booked service, any adjustment will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Maintenance Requirements
- Designed to be worn up to 3 weeks. An Extension Correction appointment is strictly required at the 3-week mark.
- Delayed maintenance increases the risk of lifting, breakage, and natural nail damage.
- This service does not include removal of existing extensions. If you have product from another salon, it must be removed prior (book a Removal Add-On).
