A Pedicure Is More Than Just a Spa Treatment

A pedicure is more than just a spa treatment. I consider it part of overall hygiene, a necessity, and an important part of self-care.

I find it very strange to see a woman with a manicure but not a pedicure. It is a mistake to think that no one sees your pedicure while a manicure is always visible. If you truly value yourself, the last thing you should worry about is what others think. Instead, focus on yourself: How do you feel? How do you protect and take care of yourself?

Often, by the end of the day, people experience tired feet because of uncomfortable or poorly fitting shoes, or because of nail problems. Many people ignore this and even think it is normal. This is completely wrong.

With proper care and suitable shoes, your feet should not feel heavy or painful at the end of the day.

I value my clients very much, and I take a very responsible approach when choosing the materials I work with. I select products and treatments individually for each client instead of using the same solution for everyone.

Because every client is unique, I always monitor the progress of each treatment and discuss it with my clients. I do not force gel polish on every client because it has limitations, and understanding those limitations is part of my professional responsibility.

I always openly discuss questions and concerns with my clients because I truly care about their results.

I also do not schedule pedicures every two weeks because my pedicures typically last 4–6 weeks. My priority is a healthy and happy client — not an overbooked schedule or over-filed nails.
